In early 2021 I reported upon Mr. Shaun Alexander falsely and wrongly promoting himself as an RICS member

I have today received an email from a lady in the process of engaging a surveyor for a pre-purchase survey and was in the advanced stages of discussion with Shaun Alexander.

All of his correspondence contained RICS logos and clearly, he was still promoting himself as an RICS member.

Having exposed him previously it seemed he has not learned his lesson and therefore every member of the RICS should be outraged that this man continues to misrepresent himself as a RICS remember and should contact the RICS complaints@rics.org

Outrageous.

I am grateful to Mr Antino suggesting that I now determine the Award issue “I accept that Mr Antino’s hourly rate is not in my judgment unreasonable. It follows that the fee set out in the ex-parte Award had been properly justified and I therefore award Mr Antino’s fees”. (Bansal v Myers Romford County Court).
