Ian Hubbarde
Ian is married with one young daughter and started working for APA in 2002. Ian is the Manager of APA’s planning and building control department. He supervises all applications from inception through to completion. Ian has extensive experience, training, and application of AutoCAD technology. Ian has established relationships with the planning and building control officers within the local authorities in the South East and therefore has a unique insight into the way that the local authorities view, interpret and determine the applications.
Ian is therefore able to advise clients at a very early stage on the design process, whether or not their scheme is likely to be approved, or where changes should be made to ensure that a sympathetic scheme that articulates the architectural environment within which the property is located is enhanced and approval is obtained. Ian is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the design and alteration of industrial, commercial and residential properties.
